In 2002, Mainsail Lodging & Development began to acquire Marriott ExecuStay franchises throughout the Southeast. The most recent acquisition now gives Mainsail the entire state of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and specific regions within Alabama. Now operating under the Oakwood brand, ExecuStay procures, furnishes and manages luxury apartments under leases to corporate, government and leisure clients who require temporary housing. With over 1,000 apartments, Mainsail ExecuStay provides furnished apartments for stays of 30 days or more and specializes in diverse target markets, including corporate relocations, project management, government/military and more. All apartments are move-in ready and guests may also participate in the Marriott Rewards program.
